1. Potatoes

Nice hair loss prevention food list, after all diet is most important. Besides that homeopathy medicine are useful much in treating hair loss and results are long lasting. I have visited 2 months back for hair loss at dr batra's clinic and my dr batara's experience was much positive as they help me with my diet too and there medicine has help me in stopping my hair loss .
